…Adam Eisenstadt and Billy Harper, who have been promoted to Staff Accountant II at LSWG…
…and our newest Certified Public Accountants: David Wolford, CPA, and Charles Ausherman, Jr., CPA.
Adam Eisenstadt has been promoted to Staff Accountant II in LSWG’s Rockville office. Adam joined LSWG in 2016 and provides accounting and tax support to the firm’s business, nonprofit, and individual clients. He is a cum laude graduate of Frostburg State University, where he earned a B.S. in accounting in 2013, and a graduate of Towson University, where he earned an M.S. in accounting and business advisory services in 2014. A CPA candidate, studying for the exam keeps Adam pretty busy, but in his free time he enjoys playing the drums and building upon his passion for music.
Billy Harper has been promoted to Staff Accountant II in LSWG’s Frederick office. Billy also provides tax and accounting support to LSWG’s many and varied clients. Additionally, Billy is a member of LSWG’s Information Technology Committee and is an invaluable resource for internal IT issues. A graduate of Slippery Rock University, where he earned a B.S. in accounting with a minor in information systems, Billy is a Frederick County native, graduate of Urbana High School, and currently resides in downtown Frederick. A football player in high school, Billy has now become a fan of the sport of accountants: Golf.
David Wolford has joined the ranks of LSWG’s Certified Public Accountants, having successfully completed the fourth and final section of the Uniform CPA Examination® in August 2019. David joined LSWG’s Client Accounting Services Department in Frederick in 2014 and provides accounting services to LSWG’s owner-managed business clients. A QuickBooks® Certified ProAdvisor, he specializes in payroll and financial statement preparation, and is a key contributor to LSWG’s newly-launched, cloud-based “back office” accounting service. David is a graduate of Frostburg State University where he earned a B.S. in business administration in 2010 and a B.S. in accounting in 2013. Born and raised in Hagerstown, where he currently resides, David enjoys playing sports and being outdoors — he has hiked over 150 miles of the Appalachian Trail and visited seven National Parks.
Charles Ausherman is our newest CPA, having successfully completed all the requirements in December 2019. Charles joined LSWG in 2015 and provides accounting and tax support to the firm’s owner-managed businesses, nonprofit, and individual clients. Since joining the firm, Charles has taken the lead on learning the intricacies of the firm’s tax software (Axcess) and utilizing it to improve efficiency and optimize results, especially with respect to fixed assets. Charles attended Frederick Community College and is a graduate of Frostburg State University, where he earned a B.S. in accounting in 2014. A Frederick County native, Charles resides in Walkersville where he enjoys playing golf and participating in and following all sports (baseball, basketball, and football).
