Below you’ll find helpful information and FAQs about using SafeSend Organizers. These resources are designed to guide you through completing and submitting your tax organizer electronically, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
When you’re finished, the best practice is to click ‘Organizer Complete.’ This ensures we’re notified and can begin preparing your return.
You can upload PDF, .doc, .xls, .txt, .png, and .jpeg files. Please avoid taking pictures and sending those in, as photos are often difficult to read and may not be legible.
Yes, please contact us so we can unlock your Organizer.
If you have already marked your Organizer as complete, you won’t be able to upload additional documents unless you request that we reopen it. Please reach out to your firm contact for guidance on how they would like you to submit any remaining documents.
Yes, the organizer can be completed on a tablet. This includes signing, completing the questionnaire, filling out the organizer, and uploading documents.
On a moblie phone device only signing engagement letters and upload documents is supported, but you cannot complete the questionnaire or fill out the organizer. See the SafeSend Organizer on Mobile for more information.
This indicates that your spouse must sign the engagement letter before you can continue.
