Getting Our Run On – 2018 Women’s Distance Festival

Over 500 runners—and walkers—participated in this year’s annual Women’s Distance Festival, held Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Frederick Community College.  The torrential downpour the night before didn’t put a damper on the festivities, and actually made for a pleasant 5K run.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Women’s Giving Circle—over $90,000 has been donated since 2010.
