Stuffing the Bus
The School Bus stopped by LSWG on Wednesday, August 14, to pick up school supplies donated by LSWG principals and staff for the annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive conducted by United Way of Frederick County. Book bags, notebooks, paper, pens, markers, erasers, and scissors were just a few of the many items donated. The United Way of Frederick County has been stuffing buses for over 10 years. In 2018, the campaign was responsible for collecting over 85,000 individual school supplies providing over 7,500 students with a better opportunity to learn.
