HOLLY JOLLY ROGER Joins the Fleet

Friday, January 31, 2020 – Have you been down to Carroll Creek recently to see Color on the Creek’s Sailing Through the Winters Solstice fleet?

The Sailing Through the Winter Solstice fleet in the Carroll Creek Linear Park is certainly brightening things up on the Creek, but it’s not just there to add color.  It is also a fundraiser for local charities, and LSWG principal, Kevin Hessler, and his wife, Jeannie Carnochan Hessler, are sponsors of the “HOLLY JOLLY ROGER” boat located on land Creekside.

The HOLLY JOLLY ROGER is one of 18 boats in this year’s Color On The Creek’s Sailing Through The Winter Solstice fleet. The fleet of 18 are competing for bragging rights and the “coveted traveling Sailing Through the Winter Solstice trophy.”  Kevin would appreciate your vote and support of the Mental Health Association of Frederick County by voting for the HOLLY JOLLY ROGER here with a donation to the MHA.  Don’t wait.  Voting ends February 5, 2020.
