Professional Development

We are committed to the advancement of all staff and offer an education assistance reimbursement allowance. Our continuing professional education program is designed to develop each employee to his or her full capability (every accounting staff member is encouraged to consider themselves a candidate for eventual ownership in the firm). A minimum of 40 hours of continuing education each year is paid in full for each accountant. Accounting staff working towards their CPA certificate are provided four extra days of paid time off and LSWG pays their registration cost to sit for the exam.
