LSWG CPAs AND SCOTT BLACKBURN & ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCE MERGER
LSWG is proud to announce their merger with local CPA firm, Scott Blackburn & Associates, LLC. The merger is part of LSWG’s strategic plan to strengthen its private company practice and expand its presence in the Maryland and Washington, DC, metropolitan area. The merger, effective December 1, 2017, brings together the experience and leadership of eight principals and a staff of 30 accounting and administrative professionals.

Scott Blackburn & Associates, LLC, was founded in 2012. A full-service public accounting firm with a specialization in government contracting consulting, they attribute their growth and success to the value they could add and the personalized service they offered to government contractors, construction companies, and nonprofits. As a result of the merger, their team of accounting professionals will be relocating to LSWG’s Frederick office later this year.
