Getting to Know LSWG – Debbie Free, CPA

Meet Debbie Free, CPA…
Debbie has been with LSWG for close to 30 years. A tax and audit manager in LSWG’s Rockville office, Debbie works primarily with clients in the nonprofit and government contracting industries. She is also a dedicated tax preparer—who was back in the office helping to wrap up tax season within a week of giving birth to her second son.
Debbie and her husband, Don, live in Germantown and are the parents of two boys: Ryan and Daniel.
- The Boys – Ryan is a junior at Virginia Tech; Daniel is a high school sophomore. Both boys were active in Boy Scouts and both earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
- With Ryan away at college… Debbie enjoys spending time with Daniel–watching him play golf and volleyball. She also enjoys the performances of Clarksburg High School’s symphonic band–where Daniel is a percussionist.
- Free time? When Debbie finds some free time, she and the family enjoy being at their lake house in North Carolina. Debbie and Don also just recently joined a bowling league.
